6. Are all of the same selections and services available to me if I have Green Builders build on my lot as opposed to buying a home in a Green Builders community?
Yes.  The design studio selections and financing support are the same, whether you purchase a Green Builders home in one of our communities, or opt to have us build a home on your lot.

7. How does financing for Build on Your Lot work?
Since you own the land your home is being built on, financing works a little differently than if you bought a Green Builders home in one of our communities.  Build on Your Lot financing is structured through an interim construction loan that is obtained by the land owner.  This loan supplies funds for the payment of materials and labor for the construction of your home.  During the construction process you will pay interest only on the amount that has been used to that point for construction costs. You also have the option of having this financing "Rolled In" to the actual loan amount so you do not have "out of pocket" expense during construction. Once your home is complete, you will “roll-over” this loan into a permanent mortgage. At this point the equity you have in the land can be used as down payment for the final, "permanent" loan on your home and land. These construction-to-permanent loans are commonly referred to as "One-Time" close loans, or roll over loans since you will not have to go through the qualification and closing process again.  Green Builders has a series of preferred lenders to take you through the financing process, or you can opt to use your own lender.

8. How much does it cost to build a home on my lot?
Green Builders house plans are available from the $170s to $350s.

Yes.  Your home is covered by a warranty for that includes the following.
• A one year workmanship and materials warranty
• A two year warranty of Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Delivery Systems
