Chance Leigh began his construction career while still in high school. By the age of 19, Chance was a superintendent for a general contractor managing all phases of construction from raw land through final completion. Chance has worked for large, volume homebuilders like Ryland Homes and Capital Pacific Homes, as well as small custom builders. He has built over 1, 000 homes and has in-depth experience evaluating land, hiring and managing subcontractors, obtaining building permits, managing budgets and working within the guidelines of home owners' associations. Chance has a wealth of experience to help people avoid some of the most common and costly mistakes when building a custom home.
Darryl Crawford | Financing - AMC Mortgage, LLC Mortgage Consultant
Darryl Crawford was raised in the mortgage industry. His family founded Associated Mortgage Consultants (AMC) Mortgage in 1989, and Darryl and another family member purchased the company in 2004. Today, AMC provides loans to families in Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Over a 14-year career, Darryl has helped fund over 1,700 construction loans in the Central Texas area. Take Mopac/Loop 1 south to Hwy 45. Continue on Hwy 45, and proceed to FM 1826. Turn left on FM 1826, and drive 7 miles to FM 967. Turn left on FM 967, and drive approximately 1.8 miles to the entrance of Rutherford West. Turn left on Brangus Road.
